New Year, Follow Through
Most people are saying phrases such as "New Year, New Me." or "New Year, New Beginnings" or "Page 1 of 365". Whatever it is, it always tends to say something about starting fresh.
To be honest, I didn't really want to celebrate New Year's this year because I had work, it was pouring, and the fact that I have to go through crazy family drama, ruins my mood.
Anyway, let me go to the point. My point is, we don't really have to start again from scratch or start a new but New Year gives us a concept that at some point, we could start. It maybe a new hobby, come up with a new goal, getting back at the gym, traveling to dream destinations whatever it is that we might or might not be able to fulfill.
This concept sometimes give us a reason to be hopeful that at least, there are things we have yet to do. New Year is like the spark you need to ignite your passion, pursue your dreams, or attain your goals.
A new year doesn't have to be the reason why you try to do all these things, but at least, you have a good reason, or a good start somewhere.
I just hope that whatever you want to pursue, whatever you are starting this year, that you follow through with it. This message just doesn't go to you, it goes the same way for me too. Whatever list you have, I hope you accomplish even not all but most of it. Follow through with it. Take it with you to the next years to come, alongside new plans, or things your heart desires.
